Tomas Schiffer

I have a master´s degree in nutrition (Stockholm University / Karolinska Institute) and have been freediving for many years. I love constant weight but could not manage to go deeper than 58m for may years due to problems with involuntary swallowing reflexes during the descent. I have just solved this problem (see "mouthfill") and are on my way to reach greater depths in constant weight (CWT).
